(You can determine the ideal storage with one of our storage consultants by telephone, on our website or make an appointment)

We will assist you with the size and price of the storage as well as subscription, preferential policy, and rental period. Your reservation will be complete once you pay the deposit of your storage within three days.

(Determine the ideal storage on site, sign the contract, go through the procedures and pay the rent)

You can come to our company and determine the predetermined storage on site within seven days after reservation and decide the time you are moving in as well as the rental period. You will then sign the contract, apply for membership if necessary, and pay the remaining cost. Customer will then receive their storage access card and other related items.

(Open your self storage space)

According to the moving date stated in the contract, customers can go to their storage and use it directly. If you have any questions, please contact your storage consultant during the period of the contract, and we will do our best to serve you!

Kind reminder, refund policies:

1.You can cancel the reservation and your deposit will be returned to you within 3 working days from the first day of reservation. The deposit will not be refunded after 3 working days of reservation.

2.Due to the limited storages, pre-reserved storages can only be reserved for a month, and customers need to move their items into the storage within a month of reservation
